He twists and turns gracefully in the air appearing to at least enjoy his endeavors of the sky, and as he's twisting and turning, he's spirals downward back to the ground partially upside down, sideways even.. ..and rams himself into you at full speed, taking you both tumbling across the pavement. What do you do?

He's stealthily sneaking items off of the tables they're using to advertise their products and slipping them into his surprisingly large postal saddlebag ; jewelery, food, trinkets, shirts, and more. He's even gone behind stalls and stolen bits from them, those bits clinking in his bag. He's looking around to make sure he's not caught, but doesn't realize that YOU see him from afar, taking things at will.
