Well, that would be difficult considering he has no thumbs. Also, the rain makes it hard to see into the window from outside. This probably didn't work as he had hoped, but the intent was there.

Cupcakes. You can have them plain or with frosting, inject them with frosting or filling, mix the batter with chocolate chips or rainbow chips. Best of all, they're the perfect sweet for when you want something bigger than a piece of candy but you don't want an entire slice of cake.
