View More#rp *The herald of New Coltenheim makes his way to the podium with a declaration to be read to the populace* "By order of the Prince Nebulous Coltenheim due to the expanding population and growth of the city and the surrounding territories of the Frozen North. The monarchy will be abolished and control and rulership of the Frozen North will be shared amongst several great houses of the Frozen North the first and foremost is House Coltenheim. The prince will relinquish his title and take on the title of Lord Nebulous head and leader of House Coltenheim we will be touring the region to seek out potential candidates who will also take on the title of Lord and leader of their house. Furthermore, the lords of each house are permitted to lead their lands and holdings as they see fit however any action outside our borders must be agreed upon via a council and vote of the lords to a consensus!"
