Sandra was mostly just thrown around broken bones and dust inhalation. One of the guards however had a wood shard embedded in his left leg but was still conscious the second was completely out, no response to external stimuli and shallow breathing. He likely had a collapsed lung from the blast force

Nitro then takes out another belt of fire extinguisher grenades. "That's why I don't use electrical displays, something unpredictable could always happen and put innocent lives in danger." Nitro walks through the flames, leaving his bag behind, and putting the fires out at the sources.
