Just avoid death and gore in general. While implied death seems to be okay-ish, I don't suggest pushing it if it's not necessary. And if it is, why post things about death in a site about cartoon horses?

That is why I only ever bring Toxin in once a story is about to start getting rather boring, and I honestly rather not bring him in even then. I mean, none of my characters except for Toxin are really that overpowered- especially with magic involved in general, even just simple levitation could rip the guns out of Two-Two's hands and the wrist blades off her wrists. Teren is a bit more powerful than her, but magic still is a thing, and while in no way can psionics defend from magic at all (Except for non-direct spells, like fireballs, but that is the same for magic versus magic and goes both ways with magic versus psionics as well.), magic can defend against psionics if you are the kind who is a bit inventive with spells. Plus, again, extreme fear disables his psionics, and aside from dodging he has absolutely no physical combat skills whatsoever. Both are hard countered by something that is relatively common- Teren less so, so I made him pretty pacifistic- but are also quite good when it comes to what they aren't hard countered by. Toxin was supposed to be something to introduce a story, originally, shooting down their ship so they crashed on a planet in order to be able to interact. Toxin was always intended to be overpowered. Something to kind of herd characters into an area where my characters could interact with them or interact with other characters generally, before something random like a malfunction in his stuff causes him to back off. Toxin is thing I made because I wanted someone to kill stuff randomly with, and he fulfills that purpose. Is he going to get used in many actual RPs on this site? Hell no! Is he going to be mentioned? Yes. But aside from Toxin, the Legacy characters are actually only OP if facing opponents who are absolute shite, in which case they probably wouldn't end up actually fighting them anyway. I designed them with non-combat interaction in mind, simply giving them the ability to fight well in order to get past the combat quickly.) (I apologize for the wall of text, and please point out any flaws in my logic or anything I didn't adress or anything I am simply repeating that you believe isn't something that makes sense to repeat.) (Also, the punching through metal was a bit of an exageration on her part. She can certainely dent metal, yes, but it would hurt a shit ton despite her natural resistance to pain and it probably would break her hand as well. As well as punching through flesh. At most she can hit somebody into a wall hard enough to crack quite a few bones, but nowhere near the power needed to just straight up punch through somebody. Really most of the reason of her being so good at melee combat is due to her hearing, which is good enough to predict the movements from the sound of their muscles preparing to function. That and her skill of course, but most certainely not the strength. I imagine her strength as about between a quarter and three quarters of that of a Spartan. Depending on how much blood shes lost due to having not noticed her numerous bullet wounds in her legs in the slightest, except for perhaps the sound of the blood on the ground or the difficulty of motion. Or losing an arm, not noticing, and going to strike with that arm only to be punched in the face and knocked out because she didn't have an arm there at the moment.)

I personally understand what you're trying to do, and that you're into ultra high tech, guns, high magic and such, you seem like a good imaginative peep who's looking for that demographic but it's gonna be hard unless you already did, appearing from nowhere with all sort of powers it's simply off putting, in this theme of talking magical horses at least, maybe in a much humanoid space dystopia I can see it, but not in a land where a good majority barely even knows candles, it's like mixing Doom with Hello Kitty Island Adventures, it just doesn't work. In terms of character making, Maxh is physically strong with a lot of stamina, a tank, someone who soaks up the punishment, but he is not fast, nor smart and vowed against deadly force, which is why he only suits it to wield a giant shield. He's a horse, so he cannot learn magic, nor fly. He's cursed by snake lore, granting him a half-humanoid shape with regenerative properties, night vision, and toxin immunity only in his homeland - Yet if he gets out of it then he'll be penalized with the opposite, short range vision, no toxicity immunity, no regeneration and weaker than what he normally is. Adding powers, items, things to a character to the point of overloading it decreases a character's value by a ton, that's why balance exist. Yet you don't give it too many weaknesses because it'll be just the same. Have one thing, not all the things. Be fragile and punishable, and most important treat others how you'll like to be treated, if you appear super aggressive in the beginning they'll dismiss you and leave you. If there's a door, you knock on it, not do magic past property. If there's a need fo something you ask and interact with someone who might have it, not take it or make it appear from nowhere, it beats the purpose. The thing is, this "era" is old themed, magic, spears, melee combat and raw primitive strength, if I were to travel through time to the Persian empire with a machinegun, not only they'll have NO chance to defend themselves but they'll be just as confused as anyone would after seeing that many high powerful tech and magic. Though if you already found people to RP that then great! but hope that explains a bit more the "why" others might find it avoidable at best.
