I put honey on my pb sandy and use the hardened honey bits and I put it on my sandwich. Gives a nice crunch and flavor. Hi, Chef Rat Boy here to explain the sandy in question. I requires Two slices of bread (Any preference. I used white or even wheat. Thicker bread for a bit more.) Three eggs ( In this case we will be making filled omelets and putting half of the cheesey omelete on the sandwich and half on your plate. However, any type of egg dish would be fine.) A singular fried onion. (If no fryer, you can use a deep pan like a wok and use that with some cooking oil. Hand shapen sausage burgers Cheese of your choosing and preference Two or three slices of crispy bacon. Cook at the same time shortly before cooking the sausage. Honey. Peanut butter. Cinnamon. Sugar. Bread crumbs. Flour (batter for the onion) Vanilla flavoring (I use Bakers imitation vanilla extract) (all ingredients are locally bought by humane butchers and used with mostly all natural ingredients. Preferably natural ingredients) Prepare your stuff in how you like. I start with the burger by forming the meat. No need to add anything funky unless you like your meat with veggies cooked inside. Form the burg by hand and place on the stove with a slice of butter on the pan. Layer the pan in butter by tilting the pan then cook. Then butter the rest of the pans (minus the one the has the oil). Cook the omelete. Put three eggs, pepper, a pinch of salt, and, finally melted butter. (DO NOT PUT MILK OR WATER). Whisk using a fork ( try not to hit the bottom but don't feel bad for not being perfect). Wisk till yolk is mostly mixed and then place in a pan on LOW HEAT. Let cook for a a couple minutes then add your omelete innards. I use taco shredded cheese, onion, and finally drops of hot sauce. Once eggs set on the sides of the pan, use a spatula to flip half of it. Scrape under the omelete gently to pry half it off then flip. Eggs are done. While cooking eggs, start another pan for bacon. Place as many as you want or can. Cook on medium or medium high. Cook for as long as you want. ( Note: Done is subjective. Cook it how you like! I prefer crispy bacon.) Then while you do that. Put your eggs and bacon to the side and cook that onion! Put cooking oil into the deep pan. Make sure it is hot enough using a thermostat (check online to see what is the appropriate temp for the oil you have) or being a boss like me n guesstimate. Cut the onion in roughly 1/4th pieces and put the slices into rings by hand.(best to look up a video if you don't get it) If you have a fryer, then ignore this and just use that!) Cook until crispy. Put onion ring to the side. Then wash the cleanest pan and butter it again. Don't turn it on yet though. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on your bread. Then a small splash of vanilla on each. Finally, put your toping together and turn on the stove top again. Melt your butter and then place whole sandwich inside pan. Press down slightly abd spread sandwich in pan to absorb butter. Tan your bread until toasted. Cut in half and serve. If you read all that you are a trooper. The point of this dish is to make it how you want. You could put cheese in the sausage instead or perhaps add different seasonings or toppings. Gl.8
