The sun was hanging high in the sky bathing everything below in warmth. It was a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky or a care in the world. The sounds of joyful yelling and splashing filled the backyard. Ponies were everywhere enjoying each other. A small barbecue was set up and a few were gathering around it, while most the others were lounging around or swimming in the pool. Sunny wiped the sweat off her brow before picking up a large punch bowl, her wavy hair pulled back into a messy bun. A large smile grew on her face as she noticed you. “Hey there!! Glad to see you could make it.” she chirped, clearly pleased with today’s turnout. “Help yourself to the food and the pool! The yard is yours! I have to finish with this,” she lifted the over-sized bowl slightly. She started to head off, giving you one last smile. “See you around!!”

Trixie would smile warmly. Taking into account the available activities, She'd happily trot over to get a small plate of food. Just something little, try to pique her appetite some. It'd be a shame not to try some of what's available, after all! As she approached, she scanned across the setting, taking in what all had been made, and seeing what caught her eye... Like usual, keeping her eyes open for anything mango. "Hmm~" She quietly hummed to herself.

Sunshine must have been pretty occupied as Scarlet barely could finish a sentence of her own to her before she was back off to catering her own party it seemed. She didn't think too much of it though. Perhaps she should have brought her own food however. It would have given a sense of comfort to her personally than to just take an go as pleased, even if she was invited to. She started her time spent in the yard with just some calmed tranquil resting. Sitting herself on one of the outdoor lounge chairs set up around the pool. The day was hot... but atleast the breeze made it better. 'Perhaps if I just tilt my head back and close my eyes, more ponies will arrive.'
Flam

Flam arrived, carrying what seemed to be a large amount of apple fritters. It appeared he had thought it was pot luck. He looked about the pool area. "Why, so many ponies here... " he started looking about. "The PERFECT time for me to show off the bee-fris!"
Chiller Sway

Lemon Breeze and her husband Chiller Sway were already splashing about in the pool. Lemon hollered out small squeals as her husband pounced her into the water a few times and splashed her. 'Course the mare wasn't without her retaliation strikes! Splashing the water right into the stallion's face. "Yeah, yeah, we'll be there in a second!" Sway called out to Sunshine, him and his partner splashing each other once again.
Zaten

Zaten, immediately after arriving to the pool, is just happy to run towards it and flop into it with a large splash. He then commences his water war campaign against everyone within the pool, splashing around. Maybe later he'd go get some food or something, but for now he must splash everyone!

The couple gasp before being caught in a splashing fight against Zaten! It's time to put old rivalries behind them. They stay beside one another and splash him back with their combined strength!.. I mean mostly Sway but Lemon babs gets her splash in too! Fight back all intruders!
Seir
.Post in A Day by the Pool
It was a horrible, terrible day. There wasn’t a single cloud in the sky, the sounds of obnoxiously loud splashing and screeches of… whatever joy’s supposed to sound like… echoed in Seir’s mind like phantoms he was trying to ignore. His tired, dry eyes travelled along the pool’s entire extension and he couldn’t find a single shaded spot free. And… why did Seir even show up here? He’s aware that he doesn’t know how to swim. He eyed the host “Yeeaaah, Sorry I’m late. I didn’t want to come.” He shrugged and went on ahead to the pool party. “Cool. Cool.” The demon plopped on a lounge chair and crossed his hooves. He saw a couple creatures he knew the names of but he was only around as an act of presence. After about 20 minutes he would check the time discretely and get up “Well, it was nice seeing the bunch of you buuuuuuuuuuuuut I gotta go. Like… Now. So… Toddles!” The demon left in a hurry, he had some important ice cream business with someone back at home.

After getting a small plate of food, Trixie would trot over to the poolside seating. She hoped she didn't get splashed... she'd covered her scars with socks... her favorite socks: They were the same purple as her old hat and cloak, and had those stars printed all over them. she really didn't wanna have to bring the smell of chlorine on her socks home. Sitting down, she'd start nibbling on what she'd grabbed, watching the water war that had started up. Using her magic, she pushed her cheap, knock-off aviators up her muzzle so they sat snugly against her face. This was great. This was something she should have done a long time ago: just let loose. well, time was finally here, guess she was gonna take advantage!
Cynbel Ferode

After giving Sunshine a forced smile as she went off to deal with... whatever, Cynbel would approach the edge of the pool with his own personal tube already at his waist and a towel hanging loosely by his neck. He stared at the menacing water with the tube secured around his waist. It was just water! Water never hurt anyone... Except for drowning, but with so many ponies around that likely wouldn't happen. Hopefully. After summoning the courage, Cynbel would use his magic to levitate the towel off of his neck and hang it on a lawn chair, claiming it for later. He gave himself another second to collect himself and finally took the plunge. The tube kept him afloat, thankfully, and after reassuring himself that he wasn't going to sink, he'd rest his head against the rubber of the float and shut his eyes. This was nice.
