Well I'm 28 and have been drawing since I could hold a crayon so XD time and effort I guess.
I've attempted something like this before, but I struggle to figure out where to widen the lines and where to add thinner lines - and with the thinner lines I've struggled a bit to find the 'proper' line with in comparison to my 'base' lines (if that makes sense?)

I widen the lines by literally drawing the thicker sectors with a much fine line, then color it the same as the lines, It gives it a much flexible look to see lines with different shapes, thicker in certain areas.

If I'm understanding your comment correctly then I think I also do that at times. For example her eyelashes would have been done that way!
Pretty much! basically "drawing" the thicker lines with smaller ones for better context

Seems to me based on the image redirect that permissions are missing. Try uploading it to another file sharing website. My guess is that this is Google Photos, I've had trouble sharing images from Google Photos in the past
