A little bit of waiting, and she'd notice a shady unicorn stallion look over the sign, then glance back at his saddlebags.
A moment of thinking, and he approaches. "You don't look too happy about asking for help, friend. If I were to offer a pegasus' help, what would zey be doing?"

Lightning looks at the stallion, before snorting from her nose at his question. But, she had to be a bit neighborly to get what she wants. Maybe.
"I need them to bring a thunder cloud to Appleloosa. By any means necessary."
