Idk what hour is it for you? For me it's 7pm and he would probably be looking for inn for night or at a bar relaxing after long day of travel. He normally is a wanderer because he tends to get run out of most towns because he is seen as a cheat due to his somewhat unnatural luck in games of chance.
Yeah probably in same location he used to being up late since he originates from Los Pegasus where the town never sleeps.
