Seems with every glimmer of joy presented before me, the universe finds a way to remind me of the disgust I have towards a certain problem. Said problem seemed to be invading my mindscape at the moment. Such is the hardships of absorbing a Tyrant Level Arcane Spirit.
"Seems you've been busy, Artemis Luminous." The Spirit spoke towards me as he stepped forward to look eye to eye with myself.  A rather disturbing appearance this Spirit had. Dark as knight coat, with hinges of deep blue. Piercing viper eyes shaded is red. Sharp teeth and piercing bat wings. And the cherry on top? A horn used for Arcane magic, shaped like a devl's horn.
"I'm always busy. Something that you'll just have to deal with." I decided to answer the Spirit. He was part of me after all, so even in the confines of my mind, there was no point in shooing him away. Still, struggles were apparent. His darker mentality and morals were beginning to eat at me as day went on. His views of discipline, control, greed, and wrath. Sometimes I find myself itching to do something daring. To do something I can never take back.
"You're slipping up, King of Darkness. And each time you do? I'm crawling in more and more. Keep doing what you are doing. Force myself away from your thoughts. Keep my influence at bay. Tire yourself. For at your weakest? You'll be looking to me for strength." The Spirit seemed cynical and arrogant in his words. Yet, he meant them. He believed them. That might be what makes him terrifying. He truly believes his will.
"You're wasting your time, Tyrant. You've been defeated and bested by me. Imprisoned inside my mind. And it is here you'll be spending your final days. It is a sacrifice worth making. Having your power with mine was needed."
"I find your company interesting." The Tyrant chose to ignore my words it seems, now switching subject matters. "Your so-called allies? I find that humorous. Hard to have allies when you view them as threats." The Spirit grinned. "Remember when that Wolf came to the Castle and demanded a fight as a form of threat? Remember your thoughts during that moment. How all you wanted to do is skin him alive and make boots from his fur?"
"Or....that ink creature. Remember those temptations you were having during his last visit. When you were giving him that shield? How you were so very tempted to secretly weaken him, so that when the time was right? You could do away with him. I remember."
"Quiet." I demanded silence of the creature, trying to keep my anger in place. He doesn't have a right to speak to me in such a way. I'm the one that beat him. I am his better! "Those putrid thoughts were nothing more then your desperate attempts at swaying me to your will. Nothing more."
"It'd be so very easy wouldn't it? All your power? All my power? Fused together. Why you could take the so-called hero by the neck and drown him for eternity. You could crush the pup of the King beneath your magic. You could do away with annoying and bothersome citizens that will never learn there place. You can keep your Kingdom safe. "
"All you gotta do is give in. Just give in. Fully let me in control, and I'll guide us to the promise land."
The Spirit's voice soon disappeared along with itself. Such annoyance. Such bothersome. Such....ignorance! That Spirit is nothing but a bug. An insect! A waste of matter! He won't control me!
I'M THE ONE THAT IS IN CONTROL!!!
