Rain Check Character Breakdown

Name: Rain Check Appearance: Rain Check is approximately 1/8 the size of a pony.  Her body is painted a dark blue, while her eyes and mane are a brilliant goldenrod.  Molded onto her body is a white school uniform with a blue tie.  She carries a bat, which she can be seen swinging in her meticulously-crafted pose, held tight in her mouth, a look of determination sculpted onto her face. Personality: One looking to win the award for Biggest Understatement of the Year would describe Rain Check as "abrasive".  Even in her tiny plastic form, she will stop at nothing to kill anypony who gets in her way...so long as they don't see her.  Rain adheres to what she calls the "Prime Directive", dictating that no so-called "organic" can know she's alive.  Granted, a few do know this, but she doesn't intend to raise that number.  Around Spinneret, she tries to be as sweet as a butterfly...and typically fails.  She's a pure yandere, and Spins is her obsession.  Her official blood type is B. Occupation: Figurine Rank: Near-mint condition Abilities: Aside from being living plastic, she also is quite skilled at baseball.  While her size places her at a disadvantage, she knows full well how easily her bat can get stuck in a windpipe.  She is stealthy and strategic, never plotting a murder without first knowing what to do with the body. Likes: baseball, Spinneret, murder Dislikes: other mares, children, dogs, being seen, being damaged, cheap paint Fears: children, being ignored, being resold Romantic interests: Spinneret.  Just Spinneret.  Only Spinneret.  Unless she were to accept somepony else as her owner, but the chances of that are slim. Family: None Backstory: What Rain Check was like before she met her first love is a mystery that may never be solved.  However, it is known that she took her first life in elementary school, having shoved another student out a window and gotten away with it because nopony could believe she'd do such a thing. In her senior year of high school, she met a colt, and it was love at first sight.  For her, anyway.  She disguised herself as a colt and joined the school's baseball team alongside her new crush.  Unfortunately, being popular and good at sports meant the colt was the crush of many other fillies at the school, and Rain Check saw only one solution: murder.  Heads were bashed, lungs were filled with water, hooves pounded against locked doors until they stopped...Rain's greatest kill, the one she was most proud of, was when she faked another filly's suicide, complete with hoofwritten note. This caused her manga to get cancelled. She was of the only wave of figurines to ever hit store shelves, and she stayed on those shelves for a long time.  Then, in a comic book shop in the small town of Ponyville, she was purchased by one Sprouting Bulb.  Sure enough, it was love at first sight.  For her, anyway.  Though, as a figurine, she couldn't ever tell Spinneret how she felt. One day, Spinneret thought she saw Rain Check move.  After interrogation didn't work, Spinneret threatened to melt her muzzle off with a lighter.  This got Rain to start talking.  Now, she lives as Spinneret's figurine, doing anything she can for her in order to win her affection...knowing full well she never can, and that Spinneret will never see her as anything other than an annoying toy.
