Canterlot Avenue's 8th Anniversary

Tis’ the season, gentlefolk! Time flies doesn’t it? Due to busy schedules, I wasn’t able to get out an anniversary post on time but hey, it’s still December. The 4th marks Canterlot Avenue’s 8th year running. I like to blow off the cobwebs and dust every so often to check the progress. It’s a smaller community but I love seeing some OG gamers still poking their heads in now and then.  And welcome to new comers! We are thankful for your interest in us. Hello! Please, don’t be shy and we’re around to help if the old system doesn’t make too much sense. Speaking of, that’s one of my “getting around to it” sort of goals for next year. Revamping the site rules and chopping out some bulk from it. Not too much change in terms of actual rules, but it’s due for a make over. In other news, this year was the final BABSCon in San Francisco. Our dedicated developer, Comp and some of our users here at Canterlot Avenue attended the event and had a good time! A few game panels were hosted by Comp, including the esteemed “waifu toss.” You’ll have to ask him how that went. As of last year's aspirations, not much can be said was achieved. It’s okay though, since this site is a labour of love and we’re always keen to get back into the saddle when we’re able to. We’ll continue to try and keep things fun but professional here at CA. We hope to make sure it remains safe for all, so don’t forget, you are always welcome to approach staff with concerns happening here at CA.  Okay, with that out of the way, on to the present!
