She'd ... View MoreHistory has a funny way of coming back around. December of 2019, four years and two months ago, the following incident happened. It was the beginning of a long line of battles; wins and losses. She'd found an unthinkable love in a stallion, Alexander "Alexander 'Crow' Kingston" Kingston. She'd had a daughter, Camille. She'd even made a friend or two in a punk-rock drummer and a mare of oceanic vibes. All of which creating a light for her to gaze to from her pillar in the night. A glimmer of hope, of life, and of everything she'd been missing out of for over a thousand years time. She now had ponies to protect, and she would do it at any cost. So this time, when history repeated, she had a new plan. The scenes are the same, the ponies have changed... Atop a Dance Club in Manehatten... Rosa stood silently as a group of shadowed, or rather silhouetted ponies danced around her. Speaking in a hush. This time, the demons that haunted her weren't demons, but ponies. They all wanted something, and they wanted her to say where it was. "Ohh, come on, Rosalyn Cavalier~" One spoke, her voice scratchy. "Just spill it, before we kindly spill you~" Rosa remained steadfast, looking only ahead of herself as she listened to their movements. "You do not have my respect to use my full name, thrall.x "Oh, Rosalyn, you hurt us with such vain insults! You know, you've pushed buttons for far too long, and Phoenix Rising will have no more!" Rosa smirked, and lunged forwards, stopping the mare from saying the next to words. Instead, the mare found herself looking at her own body as light faded to black. There was silence for a moment, then...the bass within dropped. The first one to lunge at Rosa quickly met a hind hoof, being kicked across the roof. Two of six down, but two came next, each flipping in and aiming for a blow she knew would be paralyzing. So, she jumped and twisted in the air, grabbing on of their hooves and spinning him into the mare that attacked. The speed almost left that stallion without a hoof, and they both smashed into the sign mounted at the roof edge. Four down, two to go. The next mare, quicker, landed an actual blow against Rosa's side, sending her sliding away. But, she was quick to return... ...she'd suddenly flip around across the roof, aiming a quick successive hits against the mare. The blunt hits enough to send her wheezing and stumbling over the roof edge. One left. The explosion was next, the one that'd sent Rosa off, and into the grace of her stallion. Not this time, though. The magic missile flew towards her, but she'd open her maw and bit down on it. It shattered like a piece of candy, sending the explosion from her half-opened maw like an angry dragon. A smirk grew on her lips as she slowly approached the last one, who was now cowering from her. "You go tell Phoenix, whatever is left of them, to never come near me, my family, nor my friends ever again. Or I will shred you all. This is not a threat, it is a promise." The mare gulped, turned, and fled down through the hatch of the building. Rosa turned in time to see the pony she'd sent over the edge crawling back up over the small retaining wall. The mare cough, flopping down and wheezing. She was young, early twenties, and was pretty battered. "Child. Why join a corrupted, conspiracy driven cult like this?" "I," she gasped, holding her mid section, "was forced. They, they threatened my family..." "Hm. They seem to hunger on weaker ponies. Pathetic. Do you want out?" "Yes...yes I do. I didn't want to be here, but..." "Then you're free. I now know how to bring them down, thanks to you. Come, let us get you patched up. And, no, I'm not sorry for breaking four ribs." "...fair enough..." Just who was this mare..?
