View MoreAlex dashed across the rooftop, sprinting at full speed towards the edge before he leapt off of it, soaring through the air and over the streets below, to the other side and onto a lower rooftop across from him. It was an impressive feat of agility. The way he jumped, then landed into a roll to break his fall was ever so elegant and skillful. Experienced. Standing up straight, Alex turned around and looked up at the rooftop he leapt off of. He smirked underneath the mask he wore, which concealed his face, other than his cold, icy blue eyes. Then, he shifted and reached to his side, grabbing a sack of valuable goodies he had stolen from a group of goons operating in an old warehouse on the outskirts of Ponyville. Rather than reporting it to the guard, he did their job and confiscated all the items himself! Now he’ll sell them all off and make pockets full of coin. Just as he was about to check out his haul, just to make sure he got everything, he heard something in the distance. It sounded like a conflict. Cocking a brow, Alex moved towards the edge of the building and peered down. Just in the distance, he saw a bloodied mare, who seconds later collapsed. That didn’t look good. Pausing to think to himself, Alex grit his teeth before letting out an annoyed huff. God dammit. He swiftly scaled down the building and into the street, where he tucked the sack of goodies behind a dumpster. He’d come back and fetch it afterwards. Then, the raven maned stallion dashed towards the collapsed mare, reaching down and drawing a dagger from his side as he peered around, just in case there were any threats nearby. On his left wrist, attached to it, there was a small crossbow device, loaded with a bolt. It was his go-to ranged weapon, which was useful in catching enemies off guard with its concealment. He stared down at the mare, then crouched down, giving her a firm prod and whistling softly. “You dead, doll?” He leaned in, pressing an ear against her. No, not dead. Her breathing was shallow, and her heart beat slow, but she wasn’t dead. Not yet.
