emotional sensitivity does usually increase a lot when you're in a more stable place unfortunately :c brain goes out of fight/flight/freeze/fawn mode and has to figure out how to exist outside of survival mode,, but it can't do that w/o unpacking all the stuff it was squishing into a li'l repression... ive had to rework personalities with OC overhauls before, it should work as long as being timid isnt a core part of the character to where, without it, their story/background, ect would no longer make sense

Typically I only have one main role play going on per character. So Najasa has her main one, Thaumaturgy has his main one, etc etc
It conserves energy just in case I have to start a new one or if I want to start a side one, I'm not entirely sure how other people do theirs
