Solid taste <3 Philly roll is a classic! I really like the flash fried version of that, has a handful of names. The sushi place near me calls it the Northwest Philly roll.

I am back from looking it up. And honestly, WTF? Also, "Prima Nocta" is actually a latin phrase originating from the medieval era. So my assumption of it being "internet lingo" was incorrect.
I assume it means you declare all dominion over twinks. Be careful of revolutions.
