Hiari has to think for a second about how to resp... View More"I don't know Asuka. This one seems too... simple." Hiari receives a huff from her sister. "C'mon Hiari. Since when did you care about appearances?" Hiari has to think for a second about how to respond. She couldn't exactly tell her sister why she had to care about appearances in her old career. "They had some high standards at my last job." That was the best excuse she could come up with. Asuka wasn't buying it. "You mean the contracted security job you could never tell us about?" Asuka probably had an idea of what Hiari did for a living before now. She was just keeping it a secret. She was always pretty good at seeing through people. "Yeah. That one." Asuka rolls her eyes, but doesn't press any further. Instead, she scoots further forwards. "Hiari. Juno isn't going to care what you wear. He never has, and likely never will. I spent 20 years of my life hanging out with Juno, and not once has he ever expressed any concern over what people wear. I don't think he'll care what you wear to your own wedding, as long as you actually wear something. you could probably show up in a T-shirt and jeans and he still wouldn't care." Hiari sighs. "You're right Asuka. I should probably just stop sweating it. Maybe I'll go with that one dad showed me." To this, her sister nods. "I think you'd look nice in it. Plus, it was our grandmothers. She'd be thrilled to hear you wore it for your own wedding." Around 2 weeks later, Hiari walks down the aisle of a small, outdoor venue with her father by her side. He is dressed in a simple traditional Neighpanese Haori, while Hiari is dressed in an old, but pristine Hakama. Down the aisle, Asuka stands in a more casual dress, with Juno standing across from her in a 3 piece suit. The crowd is fairly small, but made of close friends and family. Hiari's grandparents on both sides of her family are sat near the front with her mother, and Juno's family is sitting mixed within them. Behind them sit some of Juno's old workmates, and some of Hiari's co-agents from the EIA. Following a brief, but heartfelt ceremony, Hiari and Juno are wed, and a small, but lively reception is had. Hiari is sad that Asuka didn't bring her nephew to the reception, but she knows he's a fairly rowdy child. She'd rather not cause problems just to see her nephew. In the end, the two retire to their home to prepare for a weekend honeymoon to Canterlot. Hiari can't think of a single day in her life where she was happier than she is now. #rp
