Alm... View MoreWith Attack on Mango being the first band from Vanhoover to reach #1 on the national charts in over 4 decades, of course, there was going to be one hell of a party. And a hell of a party it is. Almost the whole of the city was one big party this Saturday. Shops, and restaurants around the city were having 'Mango Day' sales, and specials. Almost every billboard in the city had the band plastered on it with some form of congratulations. (Mostly 'sponsored' by companies based in the city), and news crews were reporting on the festivities. At the center of it all is Mandy Fulbright's mansion, hosting the largest, most extravagant party the Goddess of Vanhoover had ever hosted. The mansion is decorated from floor to ceiling in Attack on Mango themed decorations. There are food, and drink tables lining almost every wall on the first floor, and the band's music blasts through speakers all over the mansion, and the surrounding grounds. The mansion itself is so packed, people have to worm through the sea of people inside just to get anywhere! But, you're one of the lucky ones. You've been invited to Mandy's V.I.P area. Presenting your pass to some bouncers, you're allowed up a large set of red carpeted, marble stairs, and into the mansion's second floor. Signs posted in the adjacent hallway lead you to a lounge, tucked away from the noise of the party. Only the elite of Vanhoover's entertainment industry ever get invited here. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. When you open the door, you are greeted by the sounds of light conversation, music at a reasonable volume, and a rush of warm air. Important looking people sit at tables, or on couches, or plush chairs. Every one of them is wearing an outfit that probably costs more than you spend in 3 months. A fully stocked bar stands on the left wall, filled with bottles of alcohol more expensive than some cars. The lounge itself is backdroped by the afternoon sun, filling the room with natural light from windows placed at meticulously chosen intervals throughout the back wall. Then, in the very center, you spot her. The Goddess herself in all of her extravagant splendor. And, what looks to just be... Some guys. Sitting with her. Wait a minute... Those are the guests of honor! Attack on Mango! They're wearing such casual clothing compared to everyone else here! A voice calls out to you from the group. Sat near the edge, Nar flags you down with a bright smile, and an enthusiastic wave. "Hey! There you are! C'mon! Saved you a seat!" #rp

You don't have to do this if you need time to grieve." Yesterday, Mandy took Asuka and her parents into her mini-mansion in order to shield them from the bloodthirsty media swarming Vanhoover looking for the two remaining members of Attack on Mango. This morning, Asuka reccomended doing the same for Juno. So, here Mandy was, sitting with Attack on Mango. Trying to convince them to cancel the last show of their tour. "Mandy." Asuka begins. "I appreciate that you're trying to look out for us but..." It takes Asuka a second to compile her thoughts, and continue. "We need to do this. Not for the fans. Not for ourselves, but for Nar. He was so excited for this show, and I feel like he'd be extremely upset if we didn't go through with it." To this, Juno nods in agreement. "Yeah. He wouldn't want us to cancel our most important gig ever for him. In a way, I feel like we'd be remembering him better if we went through with the show." The responses weren't what Mandy was hoping to hear, but it sounded like they ahd their minds made up. "Alright then. We've got 6 days until your show. Are you two up to the task of re-shaping this show in such a short amount of time?" The response is a quiet, but resounding nod of the head. "Then I'm appointing myself as your personal entourage until you're both ready to return home. I'll make sure you get where you need to go safely, and privately, and you're both welcome to stay here as long as you need." The two nod once more. All is quite for a few seconds before Asuka sticks her hoof forward. She looks to the other two, and Juno responds by placing his hoof atop of hers. Mandy responds in kind. "On three! Mango!" Asuka shouts. "1!" "2!" "3!" "Mango!" The three all shout as they lift their forelegs/arms into the air. They had a lot of work ahead of them, but Mandy knew Attack on Mango could overcome the odds, and play an amazing show. #rp
