Sleep won't come when you're trying to force it. Distract yourself, read, put some low energy videos on that you're interested in. Keep lights low and no LEDs (limit the blue light) don't focus on going to sleep, focus on how tired you are as you busy yourself with a distraction. Sleep will chase it... View More

My condolences. There's no easy tricks I've found for finding sleep. Good sleep is built on the foundation of a consistent schedule, a luxury not many people can afford.
