Un... View More2 days on the road down, one to go. After a particularly boring day of driving, and some dinner at a crummy rest stop, Attack on Mango, and Deena are more than ready to hit the hay for the night. Unfortunately for them, the only lodging available in the tiny town they've stopped at is a small motel. While Nar goes to get a room for the group in the office, the others do some stretches by the van. Inside the office, Nar is greeted by a man in his early 70's, wearing an outfit straight out of the late 19th century. When he notices Nar, his ears perk, and a large smile plasters itself on his face. "Well hello there stranger! What can I do for yeh today?" Oh jeez. His accent was strong. The man quite literally sounded like a leprechaun. "Evening. I'm just looking to get a room for the night. Five people if possible." The leprechaun man nods twice, and begins to rub his chin. "Not sure if I've got a room for 5, but let's see what ol Roray can do for yeh!" A sense of deja vu washes over Nar. He swears he's heard that name before, but he can't remember where. Something to do with some sort of old tour guide maybe? Bah. He'll remember eventually. A few minutes later, Nar returns to the group with a key in hand. He then leads them to a room on the far right end of the motel. To the left of the door sits a large ice maker, which is currently silent. Upon opening the door, the group finds two queen sized beds, and a smaller, twin sized bed up against the wall. Upon sighting the room, Ruby speaks up. "Uh. Couldn't we just get two rooms? There's nobody else at this motel." To which, Juno responds. "Hey, just because we have money, doesn't mean we'll stop being cheap." After a fairly lengthy discussion, the sleeping arrangements are made, and everyone prepares for bed. Ruby and Asuka will take one queen bed, while Deena and Juno will take the other. Nar has elected to sleep on the small, twin bed. He barely fits in it, but other than Asuka, or Ruby, he's the only one who'd fit in it. With that, Attack on Mango drifts off into sleep to prepare for the last leg of their journey. That is, until the ice maker kicks on at 1 in the morning, and everybody but Nar is forced to suffer. Lucky bastard can sleep through nearly anything if he wants to. #rp
