Arcana slowly rouses to lift her head. With her drowsy eyes Arcana surveys her surroundings. Row after row of book cases filled with books, and tomes. A large rectangular table of which she's sitting ... View MoreArcana slowly rouses to lift her head. With her drowsy eyes Arcana surveys her surroundings. Row after row of book cases filled with books, and tomes. A large rectangular table of which she's sitting at, and a roof made to look like the Aurora Boriallis in the night sky. She's in the library, but how? Just a minute ago Arcana swears she was at Fortune Square responding to an attack. The open book in front of her gave her an idea. She must have passed out, and been dreaming. The sound of hooves against the library's wooden floor quickly draws Arcana's attention elsewhere. After rubbing her eyes Asuka can see Dreaming Aegis pacing back and forth in front of the Divination section. Her mane is unkempt, there are bags under her eyes, and she seems to be shaking quite a bit. Arcana forces herself onto her hooves, and begins to approach the Abjurer. "Journeyman." Arcana speaks. "Journeyman?" Aegis continues to pace. "Journeyman Aegis!" Nothing. "Aegis!" Arcana's final shout catches the abjurers attention. She quickly turns towards Arcana, and hurriedly shuffles over. "Arcana! They're coming!" Arcana's face contorts. "What? Who's coming Journeyman?" The abjurer continues to shout frantically. "Them! The mechanical ones!" Arcana has no idea how to react. The library is filled with Aegis' voice as she begins to scream. "I'VE TOILED IN THE DOMAIN OF A GOD ARCANA! I WENT WHERE I SHOULDN'T HAVE, AND IT SAW ME! IT SAW ME! I RAN, AND HID, BUT IT'S FOUND ME!" Aegis' screaming rapidly becomes incoherent. Arcana wants to do something, but she's still processing all of this information. Then she sees it. A small metallic object, no larger than a basketball peering from behind a bookcase. It's watching them with it's one eye. Once Aegis spots the creature her screaming ceases. "It's here." Arcana steps forwards only for a second mechanical figure to appear from behind the bookcase. This one is the shape of a square, and is twice the size of the first figure. It has four limbs, two human-like eyes, and an unnervingly large mouth. "It's time to go."
