depends on what you mean. is it using the Tails of Equestria system? the Renegade MLP system? actual DnD?
I'd certainly be down if I wasn't already DMing my own campaign.
I wish you the best of luck though. Especially if you're doing actual DnD. Online DnD is a pain unless you fork over cash to unlock the premium features for most VTTs.
