The fires are kindled. Thus may the hunt begin." ~The Oracle Camille had been strapped to a chair, her head covered in a bag that made either very difficult to breathe. Her sight was fully blocked at this point. There was a coldness deep inside that afflicted her. The room felt dangerous, and with confinement as such only increased that threat. "So," a gruff voice called out, "the pipsqueak is finally beaten, and captured. Ready to pay for your crimes, murderer?" She did not reply. "Not a talker, eh?" another voice asked, this one soft and feminine. A hoof pressed painfully into Camille's stomach. "That's fine. We'll weedle it out of you!" There still was no reply, followed by a firm smack across her muzzle. The bag made it difficult, being caught in the hoof and flung off. Now, Camille could see the two guards. She'd smile toothily, her red eye casting a deep red glare, as the blue one seemed much more gentle, even through the glare. "Oh, what a dangerous situation we've found ourselves in. Tell me, do you both have good insurance?" The stallion stomped on her tail, causing her to growl out in pain, her expression quickly turning from the smile to a frown, then right back to a smile. This time crooked. "Now I know who doesn't." "Shut up, freak! You are here as a prisoner, and will answer our questions! For one, where is the body of the pony you murdered?" The stallion huffed. "I don't murder." The mare stepped in, "But you did, we know you did! The Valkyrie said you killed her!" "Killing and murder aren't the same." A punch across her face turned her head, but she'd look back with a slightly bloody smile. "Harder~" "What the fuck?" "Oh, sorry, was that too forward? I dunno what comes over me sometimes." "Quit screwing with us! Tell us what we want to know, now! Or there will be consequences! Where is her body, and why did you murder her?" The female guard had been losing her temper. Camille tilted her head in confusion. "First off, you don't know what really happened. She was trying to kill me. I didn't want to do it, but I had no choice. Second, don't threaten me." The stallion pressed the business-end of his sword up against her head, leaving a small gash that would bleed pretty badly. "Listen here, punk! She was going to lead us to victory, and you broke her! Now we have to move on our own. So, quit pissing around, and tell me. Where. Is. Her. Body!?" Camille's nasty smirk returned, and her red eye almost seemed to glow. "Another threat. And you just gave yourself away, not only to me, but to everypony. You think I'd come in here without a plan?" "Come in here? We caught you!" "True, it happened earlier than I planned, but sometimes the softer soul inside takes the lead. Soon enough my mom will be here with the Lunar Guard and lock you all up." "You...you bitch! The guard wants you too! You'll be locked up as well!" "Sorry, not how it works. Plus, I'm not a civilian. I'm more than that!" She'd hold up her hooves, thought to be tied by the other two, and jumped at them. By time Rosa arrived with the guards, the two were bound and ready for transport, but Camille was gone. On the hunt again.
