View MoreIt's been just over a week since Asuka and her band had returned to Vanhoover. With Ruby, and Deena both moving into the band's house, things have gotten a little crowded, but Asuka's found it to be pretty enjoyable. She gets to live in a house with all of her best friends. Sure, Deena sleeps on her room, but there's more than enough room, and they both have their own beds, so it's fine for Asuka. After a day of prep, and planning for the band's final show of the tour, Asuka is more than happy to head to bed early for the night. She's well into deep sleep by the time Deena comes to bed about 2 hours later. During the middle of the night, Asuka's eyes slowly open, as her bladder tells her that it's time to use the restroom. She blinks a few times. There's a blue glow coming from her window and it's honestly pretty annoy-. Asuka lets out a horrified gasp, and stumbles out of her bed. She accidentally bumps into her door a little too hard, which appears to wake Deena. The zeebra's groggy voice calls out as she begins to wake. "Asuka?" There is no response. Deena pushes herself up, and out off bed. Her eyes follow Asuka's gaze to find her staring at the glowing light of a street lamp outside. Her gaze then turns back to Asuka. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" She then approaches Asuka, and lightly places a hand on her shoulder. Only then does Asuka remember to breathe. It takes a few moments of Asuka breathing before she's able to respond. "I'm sorry Deena. I didn't mean to wake you. I just... The street lamp is the same color as the glow from the night I was-." Deena quickly shushes her. She then wraps Asuka in a hug, and slowly guides her back to her bed. "It's okay Asuka. He won't be able to come after you again. I promise." For the next few minutes, Deena holds Asuka as she does her best to calm down, and go back to sleep. Only once Asuka has closed her eyes, and drifted off does Deena set her gently down on her pillow, and head back to her own bed. Asuka is a strong woman/mare, but even the strongest of us may face some form of trauma. Deena only hopes Asuka can find a way to live, in spite of everything that has happened to her. #rp
