She stares holes through the back of his head, as if trying to look him in the ey... View MoreAn exasperated sigh escapes Asuka's lips. While her brother dons his rollerblades, she stands behind him, arms folded. She stares holes through the back of his head, as if trying to look him in the eyes from behind. "Hey." He begins. "I can feel your murderous gaze from here. If you want to say something, I'm all ears Sock. You know that." Asuka's response is terse, but not cold. "You know." She receives a nod. "Yeah. Be safe, don't overdo it, and don't get myself killed." She gives no confirmation, but that was exactly the answer she was looking for. As Nar stands to exit the house, Juno saunters up from behind Asuka. He's decked out in full protective skateboarding gear, and carrying his old skateboard. This causes Asuka's brain to short-circuit. She tries to form the words she wants to say, but they simply won't leave her brain. "Good to go." Juno states to Nar. He looks over his shoulder, and gives Juno a smirk. "You look like a dork. Safe, and smart, but a dork nonetheless." By comparison, Nar wears no protective gear. Such is the confidence he's built up after doing this kind of thing for over a decade. The front door opens, and Nar begins to step outside, when Asuka finally regains the ability to speak. "Wait!" He pauses to look over his shoulder, but does not respond. "Juno's going with you?" A nod. "Yeah. He wants to get some practice in. Maybe see if he can keep up with me on a route through the city or something." Asuka's eyes then shift to Juno. He simply offers up a shrug. "We're gonna have to take this one seriously, so I thought I'd better practice before Saturday." In a swift motion, Asuka places her hands on Juno's shoulders, and leans in close. Her voice becomes low, barely above a whisper. "Don't let him drag you across the city. Get your practice at the skate park in, then head home. If you follow him, you're going to get abandoned in the middle of the city." Juno's face shows surprise, but he seems to dismiss Asuka's warning. "Relax. He said he'd take a short, and easy route." "Short, and easy for Nar are vast different than short, and easy for you." Before Juno can respond, his arm is grabbed, and he is yanked outside by an enthusiastic Nar. "C'mon! We're gonna need all the time we can get for practice!" Juno manages a quick wave to Asuka before he hops on his skateboard, and starts after Nar. Asuka watches until the two disappear down the street before she decides to take a seat on the swinging bench outside of the house to do some thinking. Thankfully for her, Ruby, and Deena weren't home at the moment, so she could contemplate undisturbed. At least, that's what Asuka was hoping would be the case. #rp
