Polo fell down a tree and looked up. "Never using teleportation potion ever again." He get up as his wings pop back into place then, he notice the Hearth's Warming decoration. "Dear Luna what are you doing?"
I grabbed another ornament with my magic and placed it on the tree... "Or a bit of holiday magic."

The Ghostling was about to place a cardboard hat on her head but after noticing her card he Instantly went to his cottage and quickly made a Cheesecake Recipe for them to use when the day had come.
He returned back this time with a cupcake and placed it on her mane instead of the Hat.

As others have said, ER/doctor is best bet.
You can also try to do simple wrist stretches to help loosen the muscle, but do so comfortably. Don't force too much of a stretch, lest you hurt it further. Listen to your body as you stretch it!
