With Ponyville High School's hockey team winning their first round playoff game, they've advanced to the quarterfinals. The last time the team managed to do so was 7 years ago. As such, it's becoming a pretty popular topic around the town. Which Nar may, or may not have a hand in perpetuating. Local newspapers are posting stories about the team. From their rocky start as 2 schools merged together, to their recent playoff win, and even speaking of rumors that the school board intends to cut the t...

Magic is bound inextricably with suffering. It is sought only by those who either have naught else to turn to or hunger for more than they have already. Whichever seed begets it, magic grows only when nurtured by intent, and will take on a form horribly true to the deepest crevices of the mind of its wielder. If the intent is kind, so too can the magic bloom into something kind and lovely. If the intent is wicked, the heart cruel... then the magic will become a story passed on in whispered warni...

Do you think I'm a chud? jk. this place is really weird ever since Builderman uses that weird experimental ban hammer to banish me here. why are the ponies so soft. I broke a mare's heart just by cutting her line in the Ponyville Market. How endearingly naive.

Seeing the stories of individuals' experiences across the platform, hell, just the fandom in itself... Which is absolutely terrible. Heart goes out to y'all. I'm more known for the Wolf floof guy; he's a vet from the Ibrony/Ponysquare/Cuite Marks era. I was 'here', but 'nowhere' all at once. The outsider looking in, observing in silence? Lack of a better term. It's hard to pinpoint the words to what I'm feeling. There's always been this... Ponderance of, "You should invest time in the communi...

Shelf upon shelf of trophies line the walls of the hallway leading to Ponyville High School's front office. Many are for football, many more for baseball, some for cheerleading, basketball, and even some for lacrosse, gymnastics, track and field, and even cross country. Notably, of the many shelves of trophies, there is only one, tiny shelf featuring a handful of trophies for hockey. The most recent being the 'runner-up' trophy from 2016, when Nar, and Juno helped the team make it to the champio...

Three more lanterns had been lit. Glowing bright white within the presence of Camille. Now that these ghoulish figures had been vanquished. Halfway through the third lantern, the Zebras that had been hiding had once more returned to the fight. Given the time they needed to recover thanks to Camille's efforts. Having sustained a few new injuries of her own, she'd taken up directing where each group should go for the best tactical outcome. Doing so helped her gather the final two lanterns and...

(https://youtu.be/ND-4SmGaGyU?si=nzM76Y-H2KpG8BJN) Asahi Yakushi cruises through the streets of Ponyville in his 1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z. Inside, Asahi bobs his head along to one of the songs he produced. An 80's inspired synthwave piece with a very "Lunar Bay" feel. He drums his fingers on the cover of his steering wheel, very much happy to not be in Baltimare traffic for once. It's not often that he comes back to his hometown, and he really wishes he could visit more. Unfortunately, hi...

*Silky smiled to herself quietly as she wrote with a quill that was clearly made from her own wing feathers.* Dearest friend, Felix, I am writing you today upon some reflections of the month. As it comes to a closing, I'd like to share with you a striking way in which I have changed that I could not help but notice. I used to be set in my ways regarding this topic and felt I would never change -- yet for the past few years, I have -- thanks to you.  ...

Good news, everyone. I have found a sponsor which means the CNY raffle giveaway is back on! It starts today, until the 10th of February, a week before the Lunar New Year. What I require from participants, is a post themed after this celebration. It could be a role-play starter or one-off post, artwork mayhaps? Maybe you want to get down to business, and write what will essentially be your (LNY-themed) wishlist to the artist? Do it. All posts should be tagged to #LNY26 for easier visibility and s...

Ponyville Rec Center Ice Hockey Rink, 3rd Quarter, 3 Minutes left in the game. (Actually did my research on high school hockey for once.) The score is 2-2. The rec center is the most crowded it's been all season. Every seat in the bleachers, and many areas around the rink are full of students, and fans from both Ponyville High, and West Manehatten High. This is a huge game for both teams. It's the last game of the regular season, and both teams need a win in order to make it to the playoffs. Ju...
