Well, describe her life when she's given the joy of her own filly? She had very little time for normal "work" now that she was keeping an eye on Camille. Not that she didn't find moments where she was needed. Then she'd leave it up to 'Crow' to keep an eye on the small ball of energy. Probably just two of the reasons her nickname was "Mouse." Well, maybe there is a word she could use: insanity. But, hey, when a life of darkness finally gets lit up by the bright shine of love what else could be expected?

But that'd not be a problem for a mare protecting her daughter. She'd been jumped, most likely by some of the freaks of night. They chose a very, very bad day to do so. Tonight she was out and about, taking her daughter home from her favorite diner. The filly was no more than six years old at this time... And now Camille stood shaking behind her mother, who gently leaned down and nuzzled her cheek. "I want you to look away, my Mouse. Remember to cover your ears, and sing the Mouse song, okay?" Rosa was finish, coaxing the filly to turn with a hoof before turning to face the group. Camille would begin to sing softly, her cute little voice hiding the sounds from behind her... "Little mouse, run and hide, Little mouse, don't fear pride, Little mouse, you're stronger here, Little mouse, don't shed-ah tear, Squeak, squeak, and scurry along, Squeak, squeak, and nom your cheese, Little mouse, squeak with pride, Little mouse, don't you hide, Little mouse, you are strong, Little Mouse, it won't be long, Squeak, squeak, here's the sun, Squeak, squeak, a day of fun!" Camille didn't see a single moment of those attack Rosa, or...would it be the other way around? Once she'd finish singing, she'd turn to find her mom sitting in front of her with a gentle smile and wings spread wide. There was no way in hell she'd let her filly see this. "'Crow' will be surprised at how beautiful your voice is, Mousey!"

The destruction of a tribe had only just begun, and with the death of her mother, and so much built up inside, she lost control... ...and a Blood Rage consumed her. ------ Rosa opened her eyes as she held up her old Lunar armor. Looking it over as she peered at the crescent moon attached to the chest. "I may not come back. I should at leazt zay goodbye." The mare turned to look at 'Crow' , her decision was finite...the night to come was to be a night of reckoning. "I will be back zoon, Blue. If I do not return, you will know what muzt be done." He'd have no time to reply, Rosa taking off through the front door, but leaving her armor behind.

Two large oak doors opened in front of the stallion, a smirk on his muzzle as he walked into the room. The room took the shape of a some, stained glass windows all around bathing the room in a cascade of off-chroma color. He'd bow, then kneel to the lead thestral pony in the room. The pony said one word; "Speak." "Head Mistress Stinger, I come with news from the field. We have figured out the weakness of our true enemy. The Huntress Cavalier," the stallion started. Stinger would groan in a annoyance, "the fixation of that mare will get you killed. I told you not to worry, she has no idea of our location." "Head Mistress, she is weaker than we thought! Much! She's grown emotional, signs of no control. She can be harmed if she is without shadows! And, the range of her attacks is limited by not sunlight, but high-powered magic lamps." Stinger stood from the bench she was on, approaching the pony with a smirk. "Rise." The stallion stood tall, his expression that of sick honor. "You did fine, stallion. You deserve a rest. Go, find the quarter master, and get whatever you like. Tomorrow, you will begin the leading of a new mission. Find any friends of that thestral...convince them we are here to help the freak to relax, and capture her." Stinger laughed a dark, sick laugh, "I wish to be the one to remove bits of her at a time. By this time a day from now, we will have won!" ---- -Sometime in the Future- Rosa sat up in the bed she shared with 'Crow'. Her eyes wide and heart racing. She looked around as if expecting an invader before finding a small filly laying up against her side. She'd instantly relax, wrapping her webbed-wing over the young filly...though the webbing of the wing was ripped beyond repair, holes cut deep through that would disable flight. The glow of her eyes was long gone. "My daughter..." she'd whisper, smiling, "I am afraid. Demons haunt me in my dreams...but I will happily fight these demons if it means protecting you." The filly remained asleep, but had a cute, goofy little smile on her muzzle. Must be a happy dream...
