Welcome to the Training Academy! Where new recruits train to become Octonauts! Here is where you will be sent to recieve training in your requested position for the Octonauts.
Group Rules:
1. Your OC must have been accepted into the Octonauts and you must have joined the Octoverse group! I can see whether or not you've applied, been accepted, or joined that group! ^^

2. No OP characters! We can't have characters breeze through training within a day with no problems. Training is meant to be a learning experience and its also meant to be a challenge.
3. OCs can have the same position, but I'm limiting it to 2 OCs per position except for the Captain and Lieutenant. There's only meant to be one of each x3 So that means there can be 2 pirates, or 2 engineers.
4. You do not have to have an element to be in training! Typically, new recruits don't have an element yet, so don't worry if you haven't selected one!
General Rules
1. Please do not be rude! Especially to admins! This can get you kicked!
2. Use OOC marks when talking OOC: //, (), ((, )), \\
3. You don't need permission to post an RP prompt! Feel free! ^^
4. Again, no OP, or Mary Sue/Gary Stu characters. Training is meant to be a learning experience and a challenge.

Long ago, before the two sisters took the throne there was a team of 8 mares and stallions who took care of the ocean and the sea creatures who live there. There was the Captain, the Marine Biologist, the Meteorologist, the Engineer, the Technitian, the medic, and the (good) Pirate. The 8th member is a mystery. They disbanded when Celestia and Luna took the throne, in fear of their secret being revealed.

Many years had passed after the Royal Sisters had announced their retirement and Princess Twilight Sparkle took over the throne. The Princess knew of two unicorns, twin brother and sister, who had a passion for saving sea creatures and underwater exploration. Both of them had special ice magic that they used for good. The stallion however, used his unicorn ice magic to save underwater creatures, while his sister covered the research and investigation. The stallion performed a very big rescue mission to save a whole coral reef and earned his alicorn wings. He and his now royal sister are given the mission to reassemble a team of rescuers and researchers to save the underwater world below the surface of Equestria.
They are... the Octonauts.

After reassembling the team and revealing the 8th position (Lieutenant), the team realized they wouldn't be able to do this alone. The Captain opened applications for qualifying ponies to join the team. Who will they be?

An Alien Noir AU Roleplay group. Its a 40-50 noir style and genre-based in the vastness of space. Think Cowboy Bebop with less cowboy and more bebop. A space adventure with cigar smoke and private eyes. Aliens mafias and 50's style spaceships. You know what I'm getting at.
Note: I know tech-noir is a genre but that's more Blade Runner and Terminator, this group puts mixes more noir into the tech.

Stalliongrad, once a part of Equestria, now home to the Ponies Revolution. Around the clock, Ponies of all professions and statures work together, building harmony, pushing progress, and assembling tanks. With the ultimate goal of Liberating the rest of Equestria, all of Stalliongrad's industrial assets are directed to the goal of waging war.
Originally, Stalliongrad was known as Severnaya, and was the northernmost province of Equestria. 30 Years ago, a lack of rainfall, caused a drought across most of Equestria and forced the royal government to take drastic measures to ensure that the largest cities in the nation did not starve. By confiscating food from the smaller provinces of Equestria they were able to prevent mass starvation in the urban centres of Equestria. However, this caused famines across the provinces that had had their crops confiscated. After months of famine, the region of Severnaya rebelled. A pony named Steel Stallion led the ponies militias in the fight against Equestria, and pushed the Equestrian army out of the region. A peace deal was quickly signed as neither side could risk a protracted war. The new nations capital was quickly renamed after the hero of the revolution. And the cities name, came to represent the nation as a whole.
Stalliongrad now occupies a precarious position. Griffons to the north. Crystal empire to the west. And Equestria to the south. Stalliongrad is surrounded by enemies. But as long as the ponies keep true to the ideals of the revolution, they know that they will win. They know that within their lifetimes, the red flag will be seen, waving above Canterlot.
