Being a microbial intelligence, even one as superbly evolved as it was still a tremendous handicap, and they were anything but unified. Irritated, the flesh entreated another, rather than waking the host, and it joyfully responded. The flesh shivered, remaking itself into a doppleganger of Tality, its eyes rolling back as the newly-made vessel opened itself to its host, who gladly possessed it. A horn and wings violently burst from the body, covered in the mucus of newly-born flesh. "Ahhh ... it feels GOOD to walk the earth once more," it stated emphatically, and bowed its head respectfully. "Dreamside, at your service. Names are a weakness among nightmares, so I don't wear one." The alicorn stretched her body, moaning in enjoyment of the simple pleasures and pains of existing, she pushed her limbs past their limits, eliciting cracks and pops, dislocating her limbs and popping them back into place. "Ohh ... how I've missed that. Tality never lets me out to play. She's afraid I'll just murder everything." She licks her lips, salivating at the prospect of sating her many appetites while she has the opportunity. She glances back at Tality and the filly. No. No, that would be a mistake. She's not that great a fool. Tality pet over her daughter, all of her sensory inputs were being manipulated perfectly to hide reality from her, creating the illusion of a perfectly normal, peaceful evening. The doppleganger strained, and her hooves broke up into fragments, which formed into fingers and hands. "Ahh ... that's better. Tality certainly has a lot of hatred for humans, but I quite admire them. And with a horn, I have no need for hooves to crush skulls." She looks over Death, a bloodthirsty grin on her face, "Well, I can tell you're a fan of some flesh-rending fun? What's your body count, huh? I'll bet mine's higher." She laughed exultantly before grunting in displeasure as wave of nausea struck, the rogue flesh growing irritated with her ignoring the deal and putting all of them in potential jeopardy. She sneered for a moment at having to restrain herself before she refocused, took a controlled stance, and bowed respectfully. "My apologies, the euphoria of not having to live that dull mare's life goes straight to my head sometimes. What interest does your majesty have in mere ponies such as us?"

Her green eyes swirled with many endless creatures suffering an endless torture. Each is different and uniquely interesting. "Not a single one will ever fucking die. Isn't that fun?!" She would frown and glare at the ghostly figure. "AS FOR YOU!!!! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!!!" She would be visibly peeved by this revelation. "And you have the" The ghostly figure smashes his fist downward into the floor to make her head mush to interrupt her monologuing. "I won't let you take any more children to make your pawns." The red glowing eyes would squint. "Fool. I won't let a murderer tell me what's right!" She said despite her face being pounded into nearly indescribable meat. Her face quickly returned to normal and pissed off. The faces would scream as the world would turn dark around them and then reshaped like it was being melted onto a black canvas. This would continue until Mistress Death faded into the background. "Welcome to the ruins of Sunnyside Children's Hospital. The once presumed happy-go-lucky hospital was a breeding ground for children's experimentation. My birthplace." Said the detached voice. The walls had cute characters lining the wall with a happy sun. It is now overgrown with trees and the halls are lined with skeletons. These skeletons were everywhere and consisted of many-sized skeletons. All differing species and presumably ages. The ghost said, " Be on your guard. We are at a disadvantage here. Do not get injured. She'll use your durability against you. My name is Thana Roswell, The Great Slave. " Shackles and chains would hit the ground as he would hold onto the other ends of the chains. Wood could be heard scraping the floor as a giant unnatural bipedal timberwolf. It had a gross parasite on its eyes. The fleshy parasite would be wriggling around creepily. It walked so fraudulently and daintily yet shockingly fast. The timber wolf had fleshy parts shoot out of its chest that had barbs all around it. It shot it in the middle of the two and the barbs shot out. Roswell would twirl the shackle and it smacked some of the barbs away.

This chapter of her life will feature many side characters that once were main ones or are become main ones. Dr. Reiner Reid - "Oh geez. I'm sorry about that." Reiner frowned and hugged himself. Featured in a short story series being made called, "The Suffering of Dr.Reiner". A spin off of an idea I had where it would be a broad game. Players have to traverse a dark abyss featuring human designs of my original furry/pony characters. The only adopted son of the legend that was Thomas Reid. Raised to be a medical genius and to spread good to the world despite Thomas's questionable work. Diamond dog. Pint sized with a big heart and love for children, Reiner is a professional Pediatrician and 'Fatherly' figure to abused kids. To raise like Thomas did, with love. Brimstone Allimine - "I will hurt you. Your family. Your goddamned ambitions" He spoke in a fearless cry of pure anger. Aka The Demon who Arose. Race? Unknown to any living person . Brimstone was a family man before being wrongly accused of userping the throne of a small kingdom. This was also layered on with demonic accusations. Brimstone was beaten and stabbed nearly half to death every other day, he would be shoved in small dark pits for days, screwed on horns after surgically removing bits of his skull to fit large bolts that would be impossible to remove. After they were done torturing him into near dust, they set him on fire. His fight so little that he simply endured the flames to watch them eyeball in sheer hate. His eyes would melt not in fire but in pure rage. His body and fur would melt from his body in a disgusting mess. They would watch as a smouldering corpse continue to walk. Killing every single person in town. The sheer amount of blood caused his blood to boil that of demonic invasion. Now he wields fire and blood to smite the disburbed and the hurtful alike. NEFARIOUS! REBORN! - An ultra villian and general freak. He is unstable and his family is known in cannibalistic otherworldly acts. This results in a dangerous yet powerful man who takes. Takes. Takes. General Corrigan Issum of the Stars - A once king of the stars but later a coup would take his throne. He is an alien species that are called Moon Jellies. Flying jellyfish that make shells out of previously seen things (becomes their shell permanently). He fell from space to show his people he can rule by overtaking equestria. Ultimately, this failed due to Corrigan getting lost. He ends up enjoying what time he had and sacrificed his life to stop eminent invasion from his people. Found now in certain places. Manuel - After losing his husband in a fight, he now mainly keeps to himself and terrorizing the locals of manehatten. Manuel is a confusing pony thing... Deranged Rat Wizard - "Do you see this? It is unicorn piss. DON'T DRINK IT....! IT WILL MAKE YOU SEE... C O L O R S. Don't add the U!" He squeezed your legs. "Oh! You've been working out I see!" A rarity to see amongst all of them. In fact, no one has had him yet. Rat Wizard is a lunitic who has harnessed the power of ultimate magic. He can use and do any power ever created. He can also replicate it nearly perfectly. Problem? He isn't right in the head. A freakish 2 foot hairy rat who claims to know infinate power. Located in manehatten.

She grabbed her own cheek and pulled on it, considering whether or not to rip it off herself. It would grow back. She decided against it. For now. She had gone without skin before. It was a mood. Yeah, whatever that was was something that could not be negotiated with. As for fairness. Yeah, life certainly wasn't fair. A little shit like Tality was gifted all the privilege the universe could muster, and yet it still wasn't enough to save the ponies she loved. Nothing was. They were gone. Well not all of them, she had a new life here, it was working out. For now. But it was only temporary. It was always temporary. When this life didn't fill the hole in her heart, when it proved futile all over again, she would lose herself to the madness again, and become like this creature, but unlike her, Tality would be real and inescapable. Entire worlds had fallen before her bloodthirst, their bones picked clean and left in a macabre pile before she moved on to the next. So many wonderful memories that were so difficult to remember when she wasn't in the right headspace, but she was now. Actually ... hold on ... were these memories real? The details were still fuzzy, but that's the nature of self-destructive benders triggered by a need to forget something that you simply couldn't deal with anymore. Anyways, she was not there yet. She blinked, looking at the Pomerian poofball that called this faceless corpse his patient. Or ... was it a corpse? Trafficked. Yeah. She knew a little something about that. Traffickers were her favored prey. But besides that, this pup knew something. He didn't seem to be suffering from the same visions. And judging her? She gave him a withering look in response. He had no idea what she'd been through. Her disobedient flesh burned calories at a stupid rate, and paying for that much food was unreasonable, especially when ponies had all she needed for a week or two all in one convenient package. Combined with the weeks-long euphoric high that killing gave her, it was a no-brainer. Now she had been in a bit of a lull, and this body was just a snack, maybe. But it might lead her to the criminals that had put the poor victim here, and some quality prey. "Well, how was I supposed to know he was your patient? It's not like you've got a giant neon sign over him. And besides, sky burial's a legitimate form of burial. I was part of the Bird Force, I can ca-caw with the best of them!" She smirks and snortles, only half-serious, and definitely not ashamed. She would never have hurt an innocent pony. Well, not unless they consented to it. Or she was completely lost to despair and madness. Tality touched her cheek again. "Pretty, huh...?" She thought about how her real body looked, with all the metal clambs and hooks protruding from under her skin, the flesh replaced with silicon and steel. In the past, it had looked sleek, but in their ramshackle conditions, they used their implants to superimpose each other's preferred visage over the nightmarish piles of scar tissue. It was a mercy to be seen the way they wanted to be seen. And then there was that silver motherfucker who never had his filter on. He was breeding stock, he never had any of these implants, and he never turned his filter on. He was so fucking happy about knowing he was the prettiest in the room and we all knew it. It was one of the only ways he could wield power over us. In the end, he sure showed them. Still rubbing her cheek she walked off muttering and barely a minute later she returned and handed over the requested water and sandwich. "Turkey club, because you didn't specify." After a moment she asked, "so who did this to him? Can I help punish them?" That was certainly not a normal thing to say. Did she care about being seen as normal? She glanced at the sky and back down. "I do scumbags for free." Oh, that was even less normal. Come on, you can brink this back, Tality. "I like helping others. Only reason I'm so crazy is because there's too many ponies that need my help and it's all because other ponies can't keep their worst instincts in check. This kinda shit just makes ya wanna burn everything down and start over from scratch sometimes, yeah?" Okay, maybe just shut the fuck up, Tality.

" He would raise a brow and shook his head. "These injuries are suprnatural in nature. I mean what equestrian can slice a kids face off from chin to forehead with one swipe to make it all insane, he is alive! A medical mystery. " He would put his paws together. "However, I'm a bit weird. Dr. Reiner at your service. My adopted dad was a world renounced scientist and a pony if you're wondering. It's how I don't speak like a dog." Reiner would have take a fat looking epipen style syringe and plunged it into the body. Blood would be extracted. Once filled, he would look at the vial and would witness the blood having... Guests. Large black floaters in his blood would cause concern. "I see. He has a Harbinger parasite. Those black particles suggest it. That is poop in his blood." He pointed out and would hand the syringe to the large woman like creature. "Hold onto that for me." "Yes, Father. " She would grab the syringe and would look st it like some lost jewel. Reiner would watch Tality go for the sandwich. Once back, Reiner looked up at her. "Ah...! You're awesome, miss. You can hand it to the big guy. " The grinning giant would hold his large fingered hands out to grab the food. He would wheeze breathe as he said. "Food for Daddy!" He held it to Reiner and Reiner reached out and bit a piece off. "Thank you, Chisel." He said as Chisel the giant poured water into his mouth gently, he giggled childishly when he did. "By the way, you are getting examined too. Your doom stricken. I can cure you for the time being but let me finish this." He would grab what looked like a bone shell that would perfectly dit over the sliced skull. The brain wasn't even sliced off that's how clean the cut was as if intentional to inflict agony. Reiner would measure the kids head and would grab other shells as if this was a problem before. He would take a small drill and would put clamps around his skull to hold the shell. "This is but a quick fix until we can do surgery. I need his brain to stay in the skull shell." He took a bite of the sandwich again. His tail wagging. "Mmm." Once the shell was clamped tight, he would wrap his heard in a wrap as he would tell Chisel, "Chisel. Bring this fella to the hospital! Stat! You will get a treat if you do." The giant woul give Reiner the sandwich and water. "Of course! Of course! Treats for Chisel!" He would gently pick the body up like a baby and sped walked. "Come baby. It is play time at the hospital!" He would have went around the corner and he was gone. Reiner wiped his forehead and sighed. He shuffled toward Tality and looked up at her. "So! Whatchya doing up so late? Don't you sleep lady?" He asked bluntly. The contrast between his nerdy boyish voice and the city slicker routine was a bit jarring but kinda adorable. Like a miniture gangster gone peditrician. Also, since it is important, his tie today is baby blue with yellow paw prints scattered across. A good tie to help kids keep focus by using bright colors. "You ready for me to do my work on ya? Hey... I mever caught your name? I only feel this will be appropriate if I know thay at least." He giggled.

View MoreTality glared at the doctor, then at the body, then around their current location, and realized the body somehow must have fallen out of the open window to have ended up where it did. Hm. Why does it have a cloak on? Many strange things are going on here besides the supernatural. Tality feels her skin crawl disconcertingly, a wonderful, welcome distraction from the immense weight of her personal anxieties. She felt the thundering in her chest as her second heart began pumping as her adrenal level staged up mildly. First stage of release. Blood pressure nearly doubled, then fell off as her vascular system adapted, her lungs began cycling air into all six pairs of chambers, and her gills began to flex and wiggle, though they were not in active use yet. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh … her body waking up like this was one of those perverse things that made her love being put under the abyssal pressure of her fear of death. In the midst of her basking in the mild oxygen euphoria, she heard the doctor saying, ”...what equestrian can slice a kids face off from chin to forehead with one swipe to make it all the more insane …” and responded casually, “I could.” Which no doubt provoked a galled – though fleeting – reaction from the doctor before he continued on. She was pretty sure it was true, though, her moonblade split atoms, which is why the cut glowed as she sliced through. It wasn’t too radioactive, generally, as organics are pretty low on the periodic table. The split molecules rapidly bonded in random, ordinarily impossible ways, resulting in a spongy, sticky, disordered texture much like what this corpse seemed to have. Right. Not corpse. Pony. They were still alive, but pretty deep in whatever was happening to them, it seemed. She nodded at his introduction. “Uh, did you mean ‘world-renowned’? …no? Well I guess that follows if you’re losing patients in alleyways like this.” She leaned in closer to get a good look at the blood sample. “Wow, that can’t be good for his kidneys. Or his lungs. Those’ll get stuck in all those little capillaries, eventually. How are clots not forming around those? Or causing an allergic reaction? Doubt it’s blending in, so it’s subdued the immune system somehow, huh?” The specifics of mysticism were always quite interesting. There was always an answer for what was happening on the microscopic level, though not always why. When he handed the blood vial off to the giant, Tality did a double take. She didn’t realize they were still there. Wait. These are real? Why did they stop attacking me? ‘Because the doctor arrived’ was the obvious answer. He had tamed them somehow? Fair enough, she figured. They seemed to be out of phase with most of reality, but not with her or the doctor, or the patient. This was so strangely dreamlike, especially disorienting for Tality as she had never dreamt before. She looked at him and back at the giant a few times before she walked off to retrieve the requested sandwich, figuring this was just something she was going to have to get used to. Then she returned, she handed the sandwich over to Chisel with a shrug, accepting that this was just happening now. “Well, here you go, big guy.” This was a new flavor of madness for her, but her mind was already salivating over the thought of ruining another dozen therapists as she tried to get over it. Yup. She was definitely far too lucid for this. She watched with interest as she realized the giant was just feeding him, acting as an extra pair of hands while the doctor worked. He must be very busy. Tality clucked her tongue as the doctor examined the patient’s brainpan. If she hadn’t used her earth magic to hold the body together when she flipped him, the brains would definitely have spilled out. Live brains have the consistency and structural strength of fresh tofu. Brains you see in a lab have been chemically fixed so they don’t fall apart. Dodged a bullet there, to be sure. As for it being intended to cause maximum pain without killing, Tality agreed! “Oh yeah, I love doing that to raiders. Watching them try to hold their brains in is always good for a laugh. They usually laugh along, too! Crazy motherfuckers. Infection usually gets ‘em in a few weeks or so. Uninhibited people can be real fun folks, even when you’re killing them.” Just before he put on the cap, she started to lean in to lick the exposed brain to sterilize it, but just before her tongue made contact, she remembered she’s not supposed to touch his patients, and wide-eyed, quickly pulled away again. “Sorry, my saliva’s a disinfectant. It was part of my battlefield medicine training. Almost forgot I wasn’t assisting.” "So! Whatchya doing up so late? Don't you sleep lady?" Heh. His nature was much like her own. Extreme circumstances bred extreme personalities. She smiled and shook her head, answering simply, “nope.” “Oh, my name’s ‘The Moment of Totality of Seventeen Moons, Three Planets and Five Suns’, but I usually just shorten it to Tality.” She reaches out to offer to shake hands, but realizes that might not be the best idea. “So, uh, I guess I’m ready. I’ve got a ton of questions, but many of them will probably be answered as we go along, huh?” She glanced at the giants, which their missing flesh and deformities and makes a connection. “These aren’t your uh … patients too, are they?” Oh. “I’m going to end up like them, aren’t I? That’s what you mean by doomed, isn’t it?” She gives them an uncertain look, not sure how that’s going to work with her anomalous physiology. She looks at the doctor with a tormented expression, debating what she wants to admit and how she wants to deliver it. And his tie was very nice. It complimented his fur and was very grounding in the face of all this weirdness. In the midst of all this, Tality felt someone poke her shoulder and she looked over, and stared herself in the face. “Oh, okay.” This was actually in her head. A pause. “You wanna switch places? I guess we could…” Tality put her [s]hoof[/s] – oh whoops, she forgot she had fingers again – hand to her chin and thought about it. [spoiler]”(Just consider it. Think about how useful it would be to have a horn and wings for real!)” Dreamside cajoled. “You know you owe me a chance to feel it all for real again.”)[/spoiler] “Well, yeah, except that you’d be running the show, and I’d be Dreamside.” Tality made a face, and scowled. “And I don’t owe you anything, we’re the same pony!” She facepalmed as she realized it probably sounded like she just contradicted herself, but the simple fact was that it was having the horn and wings that altered her personality so radically. Complete alicorn magic was like being on a 24/7 Dopamine drip compared to just earth magic. “No,” Tality said. “No deal.” [spoiler]Dreamside groan-growled and rolled her head and eyes around. “Well, look, the way I see it, you need a good time. You’re under a lot of stress, might as well be AWESOME while we’re living our masochistic fantasies, right?” Her expression dropped as Tality just turned away, done with the conversation. “Well, FUCK YOU! COME ON!!! LIVE A LITTLE!”[/spoiler] Tality kicked out with a hoof into thin air, banishing the apparition. “Sorry about that. Internal dispute. My Junkie side was acting up.”
