It seems he owes the dear a few bits for a meal he ordered considering he's at what appears to be a diner or restaurant of sorts.
He's trying to get in contact with someone because he forgot what they wanted but keeps getting put on voicemail...this has probably been going on for 15 minutes.
What a nice crew of functional, responsible adults, i sure hope nothing bad happens to the ship.

I usually prefer small community pockets like this: few if any morons, lots of good people. Not as much interactions as I'd like, true (especially when most of the interactions happen when I'm in bed) but it's still a sight better than larger platforms.

nowhere is safe from the enshitification of social media. community is all that matters and places like this are one of the last bastions of actual internet communities outside reddit and discord which I have major problems with.
