Among the massive, wooden block walls, a stone door is opened. With the jester, Pulsar at the head, Nar is lead into one of many rooms inside this prison. Light brown wood gives way to dark, dank stone. The air around the two becomes thick, and heavy with humidity. The Jester continues to hum his tune as he steps aside to allow Nar to see into the room, unimpeded. What Nar beholds is fairly simple. At least, when compared to the massive, toy prison outside the room. Inside the dank, stone room is a lone pipe organ with a single stool in front of it. Along the walls, a series of seemingly jumbled letters line the stones. They appear to be written in some sort of magic script that gives them a faint glow. "This!" The Jester turns towards Nar. The left side of his face swathed in shadow, while a single, purple orb stares at him from within his half-mask's eye hole. "Is the first trial!" Nar waits for him to elaborate, but all he does is watch Nar intently. "So. I assume it has something to do with the organ?" The jester nods enthusiastically. "Anything else?" Nar's question is ignored. The Jester simply continues to fix Nar with his gaze. Way to make it creepy. Nar saunters up to a series of letters on the wall to his left, and inspects them closely. 'A D C E F E D C D' Maybe it was some kind of cypher? Or code? Maybe the next set of letters would give him a better idea. 'B C B A B C D E' Hold on. An idea scratches at the back of Nar's mind, but he can't quite fully realize it. He moves to the next set of letters. 'F E D E D C B G# A' Oh you've got to be fucking-. Of course the letters are just notes for music. The jester watches as Nar removes his bass from his satchel, and observes the letters more carefully. He has to take a few moments to mentally convert the notes from trebel, to bass clef, but after he manages to do so, he starts to play the notes inscribed in the wall. The jester gives a few soft claps as Nar plays the notes along the wall on his bass. Once he's finished, Nar turns his head towards the jester. "I may play bass, but I can't play that organ. Any chance you know how?" The jester nods, enthusiastically. "Why of course! I used to play all The King's favorite songs for him on the one in the castle!" "Alright then. So-... Wait. You said you couldn't complete the trials on your own, right?" "Right!" "Which means... I'm gonna have to play the organ for this to count." "Oh don't worry my friend! I can teach you!" #rp
