A chill breeze passes over his face ... View More//The Orb has made a decision. For the second time in a week, Nar finds himself rousing in the dead hours of the night. He blinks his eyes open to clear the blur. A chill breeze passes over his face from his open window. He lifts his head to check the time, finding it to be 3 AM. Odd. He doesn't remember opening the window before he went to bed. Maybe Autumn woke up after he went to bed, and opened it for a little breeze? Groggily, Nar slides out of bed to close the window. The house's AC seems to be on, so this window is just letting the cold air out. After shutting the window, Nar slides back into bed. He's careful to be as quiet as possible, as to not wake Autumn. Once he's back under the covers, Nar lays his head down to go back to sleep. Just as his eyes begin to shut, he spots something in the corner of his vision. A faint glow coming from near his desk. He tries to turn his head to look, but finds it feels too heavy. His mind, and body begin to slow back down for sleep, but he knows something is off. The glow approaches. Slow, and silent. Another hallucination, maybe? As the glow creeps closer, Nar gets a better view of what's causing it. His heart skips a beat when he sees his own face slowly coming into view. Though, it lacks the warmth, and friendliness he usually shows. It seems older, cold, and uncaring. Just like the hallucination 6 nights ago. It... It's just a hallucination. Go back to sleep, Nar. Nar begins to close his eyes, but he can't help but feel that it's not right. Part of his brain is telling him to wake up, and make sure. Yet, he just feels so tired. He just needs to go back to sleep. For a few moments, Nar lies halfway between sleep, and near consciousness. Wanting to investigate further, but simply unable to muster the energy to do so. His eyes finally close, and his head sinks deep into his pillow. Something grabs hold of his right arm, but Nar can't rouse himself to react. Consciousness fades, and Nar falls back into a deep slumber. #rp
