With Nar having been gone for over two months now, the idea that h... View MoreToday, the members of Attack on Mango were holding an important band meeting. Not one they wanted to have, but important nonetheless. With Nar having been gone for over two months now, the idea that he might never return was starting to set in. Nobody wanted to call this meeting, but they needed a plan in case Nar never returned. The 3 members of the band, and their friend, Deena, sit in their living room. The air is tense, as nobody wants to be the one to start the meeting. After what feels like an eternity of silence, Juno heaves a sigh, and swivels his head back and forth to look at the others. He opens his mouth to speak, only for a sound from the front door to interrupt him. Every head in the room turns towards the front door, and watches as the deadbolt is unlocked, and the doorknob jiggles a bit. After a second, the door slowly opens. Asuka nearly screams when the door opens fully. The band sits in shock as Nar steps into the house, seemingly oblivious to their presence. As Nar turns to close the door behind him, Asuka bolts up from her seat on the couch, and nearly tackles her brother with a hug. He's taken by surprise, but embraces her gently as she sobs tears of joy. The rest of the band quickly rises from their seats, and crowds around him for a big, group hug. Tears begin to fly from every eye in the room. Save for Nar's. While everyone else sobs, and tells Nar how worried they were, or how glad they are that he;s back, he simply gives them all a tired smile, and pats Asuka's back. The cry-hug lasts for about a minute before Nar finally speaks up. When he does, his voice is raspy, low, and tired. "Hey, guys. Can we save the reunion for another day? I know you guys are happy and all, but I'm exhausted." One by one, the band parts from the hug, with Asuka lingering slightly longer before Nar gently pries her off of himself. Asuka feels a hand clasp her shoulder as Juno gives Nar a nod, and a warm smile. "Get some rest dude. We'll be up here when you're ready." Nar nods in response. "Thanks guys." Then, without another word, Nar heads down the stairs into the basement, likely to retire for the rest of the evening. After the sound of Nar's bedroom door is heard from the basement, Juno's face lights up with a wide smile, and he claps his hands together. "Well guys! I think it's safe to say this band meeting is being canceled!" #rp
