It was made of brick, and think our schools have certain safety standards they must abide by. Think it was mix of funguses growing and some rooms were deemed unsafe if natural disasters struck due to lack of proper exits and lack of structure integrity

This isn’t strictly for fantasy by any means, but I love when fantasy games, movies, books, etc go reeeal in depth with story and history behind things. So fun and interesting to look into.
