View MoreAfter two weeks, Nar is finally free again. He, and his family have had a small celebration in the evening, but with how late it was when Nar was released, they plan to have a real celebration tomorrow. In his band's hotel room, Nar gently removes his daughter from his chest, and places her on the bed. He's careful not to wake her, or any of his bandmates as he enters the suite's living room. He writes a little note which reads "Out skating. Be back later.", then leaves it on the coffee table in case anyone wakes up. Afterwards, Nar exits the hotel room, heads down, and out onto the streets, then sits on a bench to put on his modified rollerblades. He pops his earbuds into his ears, then with a short whine, the motors in his skates kick on, and he quickly begins to glide down the streets of Canterlot. Nar zips around the streets of Canterlot at significant speed. He mostly sticks to the streets he knows will be the least populated, and avoids any of the main residential areas. Thankfully, due to this choice, none of the guards he speeds past try to stop him, though he does hear one shout for him to slow down. He doesn't listen. Across the streets of Canterlot Nar skates, tricks, and grinds with no particular destination in mind. Spending time with his family was great, and he loved seeing them so happy, but this... this is where he felt most free. The wind rushing past his face, the thrill of adrenaline pumping through his veins, and the rush of pulling off tricks most people could never dream of. Nar hits a ramped surface at the end of a large hill, and rockets into the sky. The city streets below slowly become smaller, and smaller as Nar soars like the pegasus he always wanted to be. He lets out a whooping yell, and begins to flip backwards. From his position on his balcony, a resident of the city sees the silhouette of a unicorn pass by the moon, then soar out of sight. Nar's wheels hit the pavement of the streets once more, but he doesn't slow down. Instead, he rockets towards a street corner, where he then sticks out his hand. In a swift motion, Nar grabs hold of a street lamp, and uses it to hurtle himself around the corner. His shoulder screams at the strain, but he doesn't care. Because tonight, he is free. #rp
