So, when their old bandmate Roy ... View MoreIt's been a while since Attack on Mango has gone to any sort of party. Come to think of it, they haven't really gone to any parties since they moved back to Ponyville. So, when their old bandmate Roy approached them with an invitation to a party on a Friday night, the three figured "Sure, why not?" Well, as it turns out, there was a bit of an error in communication (which Nar is certain was on purpose.) Roy told the host he could get Attack on Mango to come to the party. Which the host thought meant he could get them to PLAY at the party. He DID get them to come to the party, but they were certainly not here to play any music for it. Of course, the host was rightfully upset, until Roy convinced him that having Attack on Mango even show up to his party was worth the bragging rights. He didn't forgive Roy for the deception, but he didn't kick him out either. The party is a typical house party affair, with the added bonus of a pool in the backyard. Which Nar had not been informed of, and is quite annoyed that he was denied the chance to go swimming. For the most part, Nar has stuck with Asuka, while Juno swaps between hanging out with them, and meeting new people. It's really reminded the two siblings why they haven't gone to any parties since they moved. Granted, it's not like they aren't being approached by other partygoers, but they have no interest in the two personally, they just want to ask about the band. At one point during the party, Nar and Asuka find themselves in the living room with a group of other partygoers. For once, they seem to have found some acquaintances with some common interests. That being hockey. As the group converses about the last season of the EHL, Nar is bumped into by another partygoer from the side. The soda cup in his hand nearly spills over, but he manages to keep it from splashing all over the guy in front of him. "My bad!" The person who bumped into Nar calls out as he continues on his way. "All good." Nar calls back. Eventually, Juno rejoins the siblings, just in time to join the conversation about the Ponyville High hockey team, and their season this school year. Of course, Nar finds himself as the center of attention during this conversation, but as it goes on, his stomach begins to grumble, and churn. A slight tingle tugs at the back of his head, that slowly envelops his whole forehead. The churning begins to worsen, and Nar finds himself having to excuse himself from the conversation to find a bathroom. Asuka seems to be able to tell something is wrong, as she decides to accompany him up thew stairs to the bathroom. Reaching the top of the stairs, Nar pauses. At the end of the hallway ahead, he spots what looks to be an Astral Highway door. At first, he thinks about going back downstairs to ask the host about it, but he's hit with an intense feeling of vertigo. He barely manages to stumble his way into the bathroom, and get in front of the toilet just before he begins to vomit. Something is VERY wrong. All sense of time is lost to the spinning of the bathroom, and losing of lunch. Nar vomits until there's nothing left to vomit. Then he dry heaves until his stomach feels as though it might explode. Outside the bathroom, Nar thinks he hears Asuka say something, then walk away. Only then does the spinning ease, and his retching stop. He takes the moment to pull himself up, flush the toilet, then go over to the sink to wash out his mouth. The tap water cleans out the remnants of vomit just fine, but it does nothing to help with the horrid taste in his mouth. There's a knock on the door, followed by Asuka's voice asking if he's okay. Before Nar can manage a response, he hears the sound of a door flying open, the sound of quick footsteps, then a shocked cry from Asuka that is cut short. His protective instincts override all sensation of discomfort, and pain. Nar rushes to the bathroom door, and flings it open. Both body, and mind ready themselves for danger. Stood outside the bathroom, Asuka looks at Nar with worried eyes. Except... Her hands, and arms are covered in blood. He can see some around her mouth as well, and... it's all over the floor, and wall. That isn't Asuka. Asuka can see the wild look in her brother's eyes. She tries to open her mouth to voice her concern, but he cuts her off. "What did you do to my sister?" His voice is low, and intense. He's glaring at her with a look in his eyes she's only ever seen him have once before. Back in Canterlot, when he stepped in that time she, Scrappy, and Cookie were cornered by muggers. There's murder in his eyes, and it's directed at her. Instinctively, Asuka takes a step back. At the top of the stairs, Juno begins to make his way over. "GET BACK!" Nar shouts, head snapping to his best friend. "That isn't Asuka!" Training, and experience kick in. Asuka quickly turns, and weaves around Juno to take a position behind him. She turns her head to call out for help down the stairs. She hears Juno let out a surprised "Woah!" When she turns back, Nar crashes into Juno as he shouts to let him through. "It's a trick! It's not Asuka! We can't let it get away!" Juno's face is visibly strained from the effort of holding Nar back. "Take it easy Nar! Something's wrong! You need to calm down!... Fucking HELL you're strong!" The sight of another stallion coming up the stairs is Asuka's cue to hurry downstairs. She can hear Nar screaming as she pulls out her phone to call for an ambulance. Damn it Juno! It's getting away! Can't you see all the blood?! What the fuck are you doing! Shit! Behind you! There's another one! No! I won't let it get you too! A sudden burst of strength sends Juno slamming into the wall. The poor stallion who came upstairs to check out the commotion cries out as Nar tackles him to the floor. Juno just barely manages to throw himself onto Nar to hold his arms back before he pounds the poor guy's face in. Thankfully, a few more guys come up the stairs to help Juno restrain Nar until an ambulance can arrive. The two EMTs in the ambulance have to place Nar in restraints in order to get him into the ambulance. Even then, he struggles to break free. He tries to tell the EMTs about the 'things' that came out of the Astral Highway door, but his sentences are barely coherent anymore. It's only when the ambulance begins to move than Nar is able to regain enough of his senses to try to calm down. #rp
