She's huddled behind a concrete barricade, with a marksman rifle in her hands, as bullets slam into, and slowly chip away at t... View MoreBullets whizz over Asuka's head as gunshots ring out along a city street. She's huddled behind a concrete barricade, with a marksman rifle in her hands, as bullets slam into, and slowly chip away at the concrete. Down the street, someone cries out as an axe made out of a stop sign cleaves through their kevlar armor. A meaty fist slams into their face, and they collapse to the floor. Across the street, Juno rises to try and move from the car he's behind. It's rapidly being filled with holes, and he won't be able to use it as cover for much longer. Juno makes it a few steps before a lucky shot strikes his head. "Ooooh! That's a headshot, so double damage, AND a critical skull injury!" States Scrappy, sat at the head of the dining table. Damage is rolled, and calculated. Juno shrugs his shoulders with a defeated "I'm down." Across from him, Nar poses a question. "What's your body stat?" "Three." "Yeah. You're dead." Asuka pops up for just a moment to fire off a shot. A ganger atop a mounted gun on the back of a truck falls. She sees her hulking brute of a brother emerge from the alleyway, and fire a grapple gun into a barricade another ganger is using as cover. Asuka ducks back behind cover as return fire comes her way. "Alright, death save, let's go." Juno rolls his d10. The die clinks against a building on the battle map, then comes to rest on a 9. Juno thunks his head into the table with a solemn. "Goodbye Alaska, we hardly knew ye." Asuka pops up for another shot, only to see her brother flying through the air as he retracts his grapple. The last thing the poor ganger sees before he dies is a 6'5, nearly 400 pound man made of pure muscle, and cybernetics flying directly at him before his fist connects with the ganger's face at mach 10. Asuka quickly re-adjusts her aim, and fires off another shot. The last ganger on the street falls, then, all goes silent. Scrappy claps her hands together with a large smile on her face. "Congratulations! You survived the combat with only one casualty! That's a record for my Cyberpunk Red groups!" #rp
