"Interesting pair you have here... View MoreA fuchsia-colored pony with soft orange mane was deep in thought in a pet store in Ponyville. She eyed, in particular, a pair of puppies, both looking back up at her. "Interesting pair you have here," she said. "They're twins!" the shopkeeper explained, smiling wide. "The boss was very insistent that they only be adopted separately, though...not sure why, it feels kind of cruel..." "Yes, quite. Your boss...Poodle Pom, correct?" the mare asked. The shopkeeper nodded. "I see, I see..." She walked up to the shopkeeper and hoofed him a piece of paper. "What's this?" the shopkeeper asked, reading over the paper. "Local businesses seeking new employees," the mare answered. "You're gonna need it. May I speak to your boss?" --- "Thank you for agreeing to meet me, Mr. Pom," the mare said, remaining on the shop floor. "Not a problem, miss!" the fluffy white stallion replied, an award-winning smile on his face. "What was it you wanted to discuss?" The mare pointed to the twin dogs. "How much for them together?" she asked. "Oh, those two are not for sale together," Pom chuckled. "They don't get along at all, they spend every night at each other's throats." "I see, I see..." She looked at the two pups, both keeping their focus on her. "What breed are they?" "Oh, quite exotic," Pom answered. "High pedigree, too!" "Name." Pom looked around nervously. "Yeah, that's what I thought." The mare picked up the two pups. "Diamond dogs. And you're well aware of that, aren't you, Pom?" Pom reached under the counter, only for his hoof to be surrounded by a pink magical aura. He winced and whimpered as it pressed his hoof inward, squeezing it almost to the point of breaking. "You're a sick stallion, Pom. You're not allowed to sell diamond dog pups as pets." With a jerk of her horn, Pom's hoof finally broke. He screamed as the mare led the pups out of the store. The pups barked gratefully as she brought them to an alley, where they were seized by tough-looking Abyssinians. A gruff-looking abada approached the mare. "For you," the mare said. The abada smirked. "Appreciate it, Miss Sunset." He chuckled, hoofing over a large bag of bits. "That store owner, is he dead or alive?" "Alive," the mare answered. "I know how much you love that part." The abada laughed heartily. "You're a good mare, Fuchsia. A good mare indeed. Now for our end of the bargain...the changeling you're looking for goes by 'Sprouting Bulb' out in public. Blue mane, green fur, music note cutie mark. Anything else you want?" "Yes...but I'll let my 'friends' tell you all about it." She left the alley, which was now surrounded by guards. The abada couldn't help but let out a chuckle. "Fuchsia, Fuchsia, Fuchsia...you certainly live up to your reputa--" A crossbow bolt pierced through his jaw before he could finish. Fuchsia Sunset set off, searching for the one named "Sprouting Bulb"... #rp
