View MoreHere is a nice grilled cheese balogna dinner (Stoner edition) First take sandy bread of your choosing (White for me). Use cheese and meats to your tastes tho. Then proceed to lightly butter the inside of said sandwich. Then assemble with ingredients (try not to overflow the hell out of it) Add Tony's creole seasoning on the bread, press lightly to embed the seasoning. As for ingredients, I like mine simple. A dollop of mayo and ketchup (You can spread on bread if that is preferable). After that, take a pan and put more butter in a low heat pan and make sure to butter then pan. (Do not spread butter on the outsides as we want the bread to be more firm so I can hold our stuff and now spill everywhere, we're stoned after all. Also, I personally think too much butter After I get a small wok or pot and put oil inside (not a whole lot but enough to submurge or move freely). Let boil until it is around 375 or 450. You can use a cooking thermometer or use other methods. I then make homemade tater tots which I'm too lazy to explain. Put the sandwich on the pan BEFORE you start frying. (The idea is that by the time the tater tots are done then you sandwich will be closely behind or done too.) Finally, I cook the sandy and not press down too hard or do anything too fancy as to not destroy the sandwich. I usually use a spatula and another item to hold it in place (or just flip it without help like a gamer). I do this until brown. I also cook it inbetween low and medium. While cooking make sure to keep an eye on any tater tots. I know we are high but bare with me, we will be doing multi-tasking. Take any tater tots that become crispy or brown. DO NOT LEAVE IN FOR THAT LONG. The oil is hot so make sure you are really keeping an eye out. (Make sure to wear long sleeves and some pants. The oil WILL crackle on you and it WILL hurt without proper gear. Be mindful of your eyes. Use tongs or a scoop to grab the tots. Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PUT THE oil in the sink after. It can clog your sink. You can put it in a SEALED container or fat trapper system. Make sure it isn't hot. Also, fun fact: did you know you can recycle used oil? You can go into a household waste recycle facility and they use it in their own stuff.) After a few minutes of cooling, serve with a side of crispy tots. Tony's seasoning is recommended for the tots. Eat perfection.

Yes! Girl dinner favorite dinner! But second favorite dinner is a nice mushroom and beef dish, that hits the spot like nothing else. Stroganoff's a favorite of mine, and there's always a pot of it somewhere in my house.
